Three strands of hand faceted pale yellow rutilated citrine quartz, and rare petite French steel cut beads, are complimented by a cheery blossom at the side for a hint of happiness. I love the organic raw look of these beautiful gemstones, with their natural striations and touches of cloudy mineral 'smoke'. A lovely vintage gold tone flower brooch, adorned with touches of white enameled petals and glittering rhinestones, makes for a pleasant combination with the sparkling gems. Faceted gold plated cubed beads and a pleasing vintage gold washed metallic bloom "box" clasp add interest at back. This joyful piece measures overall, 21" (18" long measured from the inner most strand).

The French metal beads used in this piece, I was told, are over 100 years old. The French stopped producing them around the 1900's and they are getting harder to find!
